Mini milk/cocoa meltz bites

mini milk bites

INGREDIENTS LIST

• 10g of unsalted butter (soften at room temp.)

• 10g of milk powder

• 50g cornstarch

• 20g cake flour

• 10g powdered sugar

• 30ml +/- egg mixture

• 1g baking soda

• 4g cocoa powder / honey

STEPS :

1. mix unsalted butter + powdered sugar

2. whisk in your egg mixture in 2 parts

3. (optional step) add in 4g of honey

4. sift and fold in all the dry ingredients

5. (optional step) add in 4g of cocoa powder

6. pipe them into ball shape and bake for 15-20mins at 150 degrees celcius
